BIOTRACER's Dissemination Conference and
Third General Meeting

The Dissemination Conference and General Meeting took place at the Seminaris CampusHotel Berlin.
The event was planned for a full four days, Tuesday, 23 June, through Friday, 26 June. Besides the General Meeting, the event included 6 workshops, a poster session and awarding of prizes for best posters and publications.

To register for this event, there is a two-step process:

Register with the Project Office (by 15 May 2009)

Reserve a hotel room (by 15 May 2009).
Present a Poster!
Once again, BIOTRACER will hold a Poster Session. A poster template and BIOTRACER logo are available on the e-management tool site. Don't forget to send an electronic version (PPT file or PDF) of your poster to Iben Bang-Berthelsen (iber@food.dtu.dk) before 29 May 2009, so that it can appear in the meeting booklet. Prizes will be awarded to the top three posters.
Submit a Publication!
New this year, BIOTRACER is offering a publication prize. Participants are asked to submit an original manuscript (please, no reviews) before 29 May 2009 to Iben (iber@food.dtu.dk). The manuscripts can be in draft, submitted, or in press. We would like to print the abstracts in the meeting booklet. Prizes will be awarded.
What are the costs?
The Seminaris CampusHotel's room rate to BIOTRACER is €105/night (including breakfast). In addition, the meeting fee will be approximately €280/person. The meeting fee covers the cost for meeting room fees, equipment, snacks during breaks, the Welcome dinner and lunches (Tuesday-Friday). The meeting fee will be automatically added to each participant's hotel bill.
