The EC Review Meeting and 4th General Meeting took place at

The event was a full two days, Monday, 22 March, and Tuesday, 23 March. The EC Review Meeting was open to all BIOTRACER participants (active and non) and took place on 22 March. The 4th General Meeting was for current BIOTRACER participants, and took  place on 23 March. The General Meeting included chain meetings, a poster session and awarding of prizes for best posters and publications.

Present a Poster!
Once again, BIOTRACER held a Poster Session. A poster template and BIOTRACER logo are available on the e-management tool site. Don't forget to send an electronic version (PPT file or PDF) of your poster to Jeffrey Skiby (jeesk@food.dtu.dk) before 5 March 2010, so that it can appear in the meeting booklet. Prizes will be awarded to the top three posters.

Submit a Publication!
Again this year, BIOTRACER offered a publication prize. Participants are asked to submit an original manuscript (please, no reviews) before 5 March 2010 to Jeffrey (jeesk@food.dtu.dk). The manuscripts can be in draft, submitted, or in press. We would like to print the abstracts in the meeting booklet. Prizes will be awarded.

What are the costs?
The Project Office has arranged for a block of rooms at the CABINN Scandinavia hotel (Vodroffsvej 55, DK-1900 Frederiksberg). The cost per single room per night for BIOTRACER participants is 580 Danish Kroner (approximately €78), breakfast is included. In addition, the meeting fee will be approximately €175/person. The meeting fee covers the cost for meeting equipment, snacks during breaks, the Welcome dinner and lunches (Monday and Tuesday). Attendees will be invoiced for the meeting fee after the event.
